Functieomschrijving

 


The purpose of the function is to handle the planning of the assembly and filling station operations as well as additional projects taking into account the internal and external requirements:

• Supporting all planning activities within the defined timelines.
• Interface between the various departments as well as with the head quarter and markets.
• Supporting procurement activities i.e. in terms of order entries and communication with suppliers.
• Responsible for planning reports and communication to the respective positions.
• Responsible for particular projects including the management of the project teams, in accordance with the predefined guidelines.
• Propose measures to optimize processes.
• Assist in the implementation of these measures in collaboration with the service personnel.

Functie-eisen

 Requirements

• Secondary education or higher professional education (MBO-4 / HBO), preferably in the field of supply chain management, logistics or operations.
• Knowledge of the English language is a must.
• Experience in a similar (international) environment is an advantage.
• Experience in working with the PC (Excel, Word, and Outlook) is a must.
• Personal character: has good analytical, communication and problem solving skills. Shows initiative and is a team player. Works organized and structured.
